Не "ИранТСу", а "Иранцу" (Irantzu) :)))
"tz" - ближе всего к нашему "ц", хотя это некий средний звук между "ч" и "ц".
"tx" читается как "ч", на пример "Гойкочеа"(Goikotxea) - распространённая фамилия, как наш "Иванов"
